Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Dee & Dee Royal Ltd ("we", "us", "our") for branding, signage, or fabrication services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all projects conducted within Kenya.

2. Services Provided

We specialize in:

• Brand identity development
• Signage fabrication and installation
• Retail and corporate branding solutions
• Environmental graphics

3. Project Process

1. Consultation: Initial discussion of project requirements
2. Quotation: Formal proposal with cost estimates
3. Approval: Signed agreement and 50% deposit required
4. Production: 3-6 week fabrication period (project-dependent)
5. Installation: On-site implementation by our team

4. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Balance due upon project completion
• Late payments incur 2% monthly interest
• All prices in Kenyan Shillings (KES)

5. Intellectual Property

Design concepts remain our property until full payment is received. Upon completion, clients receive usage rights for delivered materials.

6. Liability

We carry KSh 10,000,000 public liability insurance. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits for installations.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 7 days of project start incur 25% fee. Deposits are non-refundable after production begins.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Kenyan law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nairobi courts.
